The majority of problems with the smartphone app can be resolved by doing the following. If things do not appear correctly, or the screen freezes, please try this first.
- Synchronize
- Restart
- Log out, then log in.
How to log out
From "Settings", tap on "Log out of sansan". - Updating
Update the app from either App Store or GooglePlay. - Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Delete the smartphone app, and then go to either App Store or GooglePlay to reinstall it.
