When using Bulk email delivery, if HTML is selected as the format for delivery, depending on the email settings on the receiving side, the HTML contents may not be able to be displayed.
In order that you can send your content correctly without needing to worry about the environment on the receiving side, you can set both HTML format and simple text format messages when doing the delivery.
At the same time that you create the HTML contents, please also input simple text contents in the "Plain Text" field.
