Sometimes, the scanner app may not complete regularly, and a message saying "Images of xxxx business cards could not be recognized." In this situation, please check which business cards were processed in correctly, and then rescan the business cards that were not.
How to check the number of cards that were processed in correctly and the users who scanned them: From the Sending record of the tablet PC, you can check how many cards were processed in and which user scanned them. From the upper right of the scanner app, please select "Menu", then "Sent Cards".
