If our staff cannot read unclear or broken letters/characters, these will be input as "●".
Procedure
1. From the home screen, click on "Advanced".
2. In the "Other" section, click on "Add".
3. From the pull down menu, select " Unreadable characters", "Contains unreadable characters", and then click on "Search".
4. Business cards containing "●" will come up as the search results.
