With bulk emailing, you can manage filters that blocks sending to specified addresses.
If you register email addresses that you want to exclude from delivery here, you won't need to exclude these addresses when selecting recipients.

N.B.
-Addresses added to the filter at step 4 ('Delivery Schedule') will not be blocked. Add any email addresses to exclude from the recipients before going to "4. Delivery Schedule".
-Email addresses and company names registered in the filter are applied to the whole company.
-Registered info in 'Excluded Contacts', 'Unsubscribed Contacts', and 'Bounced Emails' can be downloaded as a CSV.
How to add/delete email addresses
For bounced emails and unsubscribed contacts
1. Click on 'Bulk Email' then 'Manage Filters'.
2. Click on "Bounced Emails" and "Unsubscribed Contacts".
3. Enter email addresses, then click 'Add'.
You can add multiple email addresses by separating them with a line break.
4. To remove an email address, click 'Remove'.
Click 'Remove all' to delete at once.
This procedure cannot be undone. To avoid errors, download of the data is required in advance.
For excluded contacts
1. Click on 'Excluded Contacts'.
2. Add email addresses or company names, then click 'Add'.
You can add multiple email addresses or company names by separating them with a line break.
Please make sure that company names match exactly (including entity suffix).
3. To remove an email address or company name, click 'Remove'.
Click 'Remove all' to delete at once.
This procedure cannot be undone. To avoid errors, download of the data is required in advance.
