Setting parent-child relationships for tags

You can set parent-child relationships for tags. By doing this, the visibility and searchability will be improved. By setting parent-child relationships for tags, for example, if the tag "Seminar attendees"is set as the parent, tags for each individual seminar, "20100430 Joint Seminar with A, Inc", "20111124 Tokyo Seminar Guidance List" can be set up as tags connected to it.

Here we will show how to "Add a Child Tag", "Set a New Parent Tag", and "Undo parent-child relationship".

Note

  • Depending on the type of tag (privacy level), some tags cannot be set to have parent-child relationships. For more information, see here.
  • Tags include the concept of owners. The owner of the tag is the person who created the tag. The name in parentheses after the tag name on the Tag management screen and the Tag details screen is the name of the owner. For example, 02. Sales manager list (Kenji Yamada)
