News about people you know is a function to notify you about (1) Personnel and contact information changes and (2) when another user inside your company has registered a business card from the same person or same company you have.
- 1. Contact Updates
- Based on multiple sources, the logged-in user will receive notifications if there have been changes to business card information of the cards they have. Based on these notifications, updates of positions or departments can be done and business cards can be kept up to date. For how to update, see here.
- 2. Colleague Updates
- A notification will be sent if the logged-in user and another user have received business cards from the same people or same companies.
*Click the News icon in the top right of the home screen. Click Contacts, Colleagues, and Companies to filter the news you see.
