Logging in to Sansan for PC / Having trouble logging in


When you access the following URL:
https://ap.sansan.com
the log in screen will be displayed.
You can log in with your email address and password.

 

The initial settings for "Save login information" are set to "On". We recommend using it like this.
*This can only be done with Internet Explorer.

*If you are doing AD Integration (and the password is managed on the server of your company), please ask the administrator in your company.

 


Q. I got the message "Failed to login. Either your email address or password is incorrect, or your usage of this service is restricted. If you are unsure of this information, please contact your administrator.". What should I do?

A:
-Possibility 1. Your email address is incorrect.
If you are unsure about your email address, please speak to the administrator in your company.

-Possibility 2. Your email address has not been registered, or it has been deleted (contract finished) by the administrator.
Please speak to the administrator in your company.

-Possibility 3. Your password is incorrect.
Please try having a password reissued. Reissue password.

 


Q. I had my password reissued, but the mail with the new password has not come.
A: Possibility 1. The password email is going into your spam folder.
Please do a search inside your mailer for an email with the title ""Guidance for reissuing your Sansan password".

-Possibility 2. Your email address is incorrect or not registered.
If you are not sure of your email address, please speak to the administrator in your company.

-Possibility 3. The email server of your company is restricting the receiving of this email.
Please add the domain ""@sansan.com"" to the white list in the email server in your company."

 

Q. I forgot my password, or I lost my account information. What should I do?
A. Please try reissuing the password.
Reissue password.


Q. The error message "Email address format is incorrect." comes up. What should I do?
A:
-Possibility 1. You may have forgotten the ""@"", or you may have input it in two-byte characters.
Please check your email address again.

-Possibility 2. You left off the "".com"" or the "".co.jp"", or you input it in double-byte character(s).
Please check your email address again. 


Q. From the screen saying, "Please set a new password", I got the error message saying "You cannot use a password that is the same as an old password. Please set a password that is only alphanumeric or symbols and that includes letters, numbers, and symbols." What should I do?
A:
-Possibility 1. You tried to log-in using a temporary password.
Please set a new password. You cannot use Sansan with a temporary password.

-Possibility 2. You tried to set a password that you used before.
Please try a new password. (You cannot use the same password as you used for the two times before).

-Possibility 3. The password complexity is insufficient.
Please choose a password that is only alphanumerics or symbols, and that includes letters, numbers, and symbols.


Q. The error message "Your account has been locked" comes up. What should I do?
A. If you make a mistake with the password five times in a row, the account will be locked, and even if you input the correct password, you will not be able to log in. Please try reissuing a password. Reissue password.


Q. I copied and pasted the temporary password, but I cannot log in. What should I do?
A. When copying and pasting passwords, sometimes there are "line feed code" being copied that cannot be seen. Please try typing in the password.

Q. I cannot access the log-in screen.
A. You may be accessing our old domain (linkknowledge.net). Please access using this URL: https://ap.sansan.com
