When you click on the email icons at the top of Sansan, (, ,), you can call up your email software with an email including your signature and business card information in the body. However, if the string you set is too long, there may be times you cannot have the signature and business card information pasted into the email.
In this case, please send emails by copying the text to be used to the clipboard of your PC, and then pasting it to the body of the email.
Below we will show the procedure for using this.

Attaching to the clipboard and then calling up email software
Step 1: Select the people to send to and call up the email software to write a new email
Step 2: Attach the contents of the clipboard into the body of the email
Step 3: Adjust the recipients and body of email

Procedure for sending
1. Select the people to send to and call up the email software to write a new email
Click on the Send Icon (, , ) in Sansan.
2. Attach the contents of the clipboard into the body of the email
If the text to be used is too long, the following screen will come up. Please click on "Click to copy and open a window for a new email". With this, the text to be used will be copied to the clipboard of the computer.
3. Adjust the recipients and body of email
The Compose new email screen will automatically open up for the email software you usually use.
By using Control V, or right clicking and selecting "Paste", the contents saved on the clipboard will be pasted.
Cut and paste the email address into the recipient field, and after making necessary adjustments, send the email.
From the email software, enter the body of the email and send.
