Scanning cards on the Mobile App

Easily scan your business cards with the Mobile App, even when you're out and about.

 

Points

  • Scanning cards via the Mobile App is subject to the same charges as scanning via the Scanner Set.
  • Handwritten information (such as dates) on cards cannot be digitized via the Mobile App.
  • If you're using the Mobile App on iPad, you cannot scan while in split screen mode.

 

Using Auto Scan

Multiple business cards can be automatically detected and scanned at once.

If you want to scan both sides of the card, tap on 'Both sides' in the bottom left.

 

Using Manual Scan

You can use this if Auto Scan isn't working for any reason.

Scan your business cards one at a time, lining them up in the frame.

If you want to scan both sides of the card, tap on 'Both sides' in the bottom left.


 

 

If you select 2 digitization languages for a card, each language will appear in Sansan as a separate contact.
