Set categories for reports

Company administrators can add and edit fields used when creating reports, which allows for better classification of information related to reports, hence improving searchability.

 

Things to note

  • Only users with the same privileges as the company administrators are authorized to use this function.
  • Users can register up to 3 categories, 20 pull-down fields, and 20 templates.

Steps to take

Click Admin Settings then Reports Settings.

 

To add/edit category

1. Click Select new category and enter Category name. Maximum 20 characters. Edit name accordingly.

2. Tick the box and click Save.

 

To add/edit pull-down field

1. Enter Field name. Maximum 20 characters. Edit name accordingly. Change the order of fields by dragging them above or below.

2. Tick the box and click Save.

 

Deleting items of categorie

1. For category, go to Category settings and click Delete. For pull-down fields, click Edit And delete relevant fields. If all fields are deleted, the category itself will be deleted as well.

 

2. Tick the box and click Save.
