Company administrators can edit the accessibility settings on a department basis. Learn more about changing accessibility settings on CSV file.
Broadly, the process involves 2 parts.
- Just like creating tags in order to create email recipient lists, before assigning accessibility privileges, multiple patterns have to be created whereby certain function's certain fields are visible and others are hidden.
- Once patterns are saved, they can be assigned to departments.
* If there are users belonging to multiple departments, the permissions of those with access are given priority.
Steps to take
Create accessibility patterns
1. Click on the user name, then "Admin settings", then "Access privilege setting".
N.B. Only users with the same privileges as the company administrators are authorized to use this function.
2. Click Create/edit accessibility pattern.
"ALL" means all fields of all functions can be viewed. This setting is fixed and cannot be edited or deleted.
3. Click New and enter Pattern name and Descriptions.
4. Tick fields to make visible and click Save, which will send an email to the company administrator to notify the changes made.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 to create new patterns.
Assign patterns to departments
Administrators can either collectively assign patterns on multiple departments, or assign patterns on an individual department basis.
