FAQ
Q: What if I requested a password reset email but didn't receive it?
A:
- First, check your spam folder for an email with the subject line, “Resetting your password”.
- It’s also possible that the email entered was incorrect or is not registered. Contact your system admin if you don’t know the email address. Note that sub-email addresses cannot be used for requesting a reset.
- Another possibility is that your company's email server is restricting incoming email. Add the “@sansan.com” domain to the server’s whitelist.
