I cannot scan / Scanner is not responding

-If when you press the scan button, the blue scan button light flashes:
Disconnect and reconnect the power cable from the power connector of the Scanner.
Disconnect and reconnect the USB cables connecting the PC and the Scanner.
Exit the Scanner App, and restart it.
If the ScanSnapManager "Failed to read in" window comes up, close it.


-If when you press the scan button, the blue scan light does not flash:
Please check to see if the power cable of the Scanner is properly connected.
Please check to see if the cover of the Scanner is fully open.
