If there is a difference between the number of addressees specified by tag and the number for delivery (Email delivery)

If there is a difference between the number of addressees specified by tag and the number for delivery, one of the following may be the cause.

 

Possible causes

  1. In the cards with the tag added, there are business cards that are on the Rejected Email list or the Blocked Contact list.
  2. In the cards with the tag added, there are business cards that have a blank for the Email 1 item.
  3. In the cards with the tag added, there are business cards that are still being transcribing.
  4. In the cards with the tag added, there are business cards that are classified as private.
  5. In the cards with the tag added, there are business cards that have some items that are classified as private (Name, Importance, Company information, Email 1).

 

* For number 1, if the delivery status is "User Unknown", "Host Unknown", "Blocked", or "Unanalyzable", the email address will automatically be added to Manage Filters as Undelivered, and it will be excluded from future deliveries.
* For number 2, please download the business cards with the tag added to them and check if they include blanks in the Email 1 item.
* For numbers 4 and 5, if the user who is the holder of the business cards and the user who is doing the settings for the email delivery are different people, a difference in the number of business cards that can be viewed will result.
