Email is sent to addresses registered as "Rejected Email".

After sending an email using the bulk email delivery function, a person whose email address was registered as "Rejected Email" in the Manage Filters contacts you to say that he or she is receiving this bulk email. Here we will show you what the possible cause of this might be, and how to handle it.

Possible reasons for this occurring:

  • In recipient options, you are sending to "Rejected Email" addresses
  • The mail is being forwarded there from another address
  • There is a mailing list included in the recipients

 

Details about these, and how to handle them

In recipient options, you are sending to "Rejected Email" addresses

Click on the subject from the Sent list, and display the Delivery Details. Check if Addressee is set to "Do not remove email addresses on the "Rejected Email" list".
If this is set to "Do not remove", email addresses registered as "Rejected Email" can be sent to.

* The email delivery initial settings for Addressee, "Remove email addresses on the "Rejected Email" list" and "Remove email addresses on the "Blocked Contacts" list" will both have been checked.
Addressees on the undelivered list will automatically be removed all the time.
 

The mail is being forwarded there from another address.

If this email address is set to "Rejected Email" in the Manage Filters, and is being sent with "Remove email addresses on the "Rejected Email" list", but this phenomenon still occurs, it may be that the email is being forwarded to this address from another address.Please ask the person who is receiving the email to confirm the address of the sender.

Also, if a recipient tag is attached to a previous business card of a person who was recognized as the same person as another card, the email might be forwarded from the old address to the address that is registered as "Rejected Email".

 

There is a mailing list included in the Adressee.

A mailing list is where a mail sent to a representative address will be forwarded to registered members of that list. If an individual email address is registered as "Rejected Email", but the representative address is a recipient, then they may receive this email. Please ask the recipient for their individual email address and the email addresses of mailing lists they are on, and register both email addresses in the Manage Filters.
