Sansan

Numbers in a downloaded Excel file of contact data are different from what's registered in Sansan

This happens because Excel can treat items starting with a calculation symbol (+, -, etc.) as a mathematical formula.

For example, the telephone number +81-3-3333-3333 may become "-6588".

To fix this, after opening the file, the column's data format can be adjusted accordingly.

Please refer to Microsoft's own help and support if you need specific help with Excel.
