When scanning non-standard shaped business cards, an error occurs

When using the scanning envelope for non-standard shaped business cards, in some cases, the message will be displayed, and you cannot scan.

 


In this case, you can solve the problem by changing the settings of the Scanner App.

Procedure
1. Exit the Scanner App. Click on "Power" in the upper right, and then click on "Exit Program".



 

2. From the home screen, click on the triangle in the lower right, then hold down for a few seconds the S icon in the middle of it. Click on "Settings for Scan button", and the ScanSnap Manager settings screen will come up.

 


3. Click on the "Document" tab, change the selection of the document size to "Automatically detect size", and then click "OK".

4. Settings can be saved like this with no problem.
