I did not receive a password reissuance email

Here we will show what to check when you do not receive the password reissuance email.

 

Things to be checked:

  • If the email address you input on the reissue password screen is not the same as the email address you registered with.
  • If the reissue password email is in your spam folder
  • If the reissue password email has been handled as spam by your server

* If you are not sure what your registered email address is, please check with the Sansan system administrator in your company.

 

If the reissue password email is in your spam folder

Please check if the password reissue email is in the spam folder of the email software you are using.
The subject of the password reissue email is as below:

Sender: Sansan <service@sansan.com>
Subject: Information Regarding Reissuing Password

 

If the reissue password email has been handled as spam by your server

In some cases, the password reissuance email may be treated as spam on the server side.
For more details, please check with the system administrator in your company.
"The email address of the sender of the password reissuance email is: service@sansan.com"
