If you didn't receive a password reset email


Here's how to check what the issue is. In addition to your main email address, the password reset email is also sent to your sub email address. Please ask your system admin on how to set your sub email address.


Common problems and fixes

These are the most likely things happening:


The email you entered for the password reset is different from your registered email or isn't registered

Ask your Sansan admin to confirm what email you're using with Sansan, then try again.


· The password reset email went to your spam folder

Check the spam (junk mail) folder in your email software.


· Your server is treating the password reset email as spam

This is unusual, but to be sure, check with your Sansan admin. The password reset mail is sent from service@sansan.com.
