1. If you are connecting with the network in the (a) area on the sticker attached to the place you see after you open the cover of the Scanner
Case 1
After you close the cover of the Scanner, sometimes the smartphone connection with the (a) network is not completely ceased.
Since the (a) network is not Wi-Fi that can connect to the internet, as long as the smartphone is connected to this network, it cannot connect to the internet to send the business cards.
Please wait for a while, and then send the cards. (After the connection with the Scanner is stopped, it will take five to ten seconds to completely end the connection).
Case 2
Even if the connection with the (a) network has been ceased, you may not be in a place that has internet access. Please try to send the cards again from a place that has an internet signal.
2. If you are connecting with the network in the (b) area on the sticker attached to the place you see after you open the cover of the Scanner
It may be that the (b) network is temporarily unavailable.
Please wait a while and then try again, or speak to the network administrator in your company.
(If you end the Wi-Fi connection to send the business cards, it will take time from connecting to sending).
