The number of contacts/cards each user adds can be downloaded in CSV format. This page shows how.
Key points
- Permission for "View Usage Record" must be granted to use this feature. Read here for how to grant this permission.
- CSV data for 2 months prior or earlier cannot be downloaded. Please retain past data as necessary.
- Imported cards and manually created cards are not included in the results.
- The number of contacts/cards of deleted users for the current and previous month are not included in the results.
Steps
- Click "Admin settings" "Usage records" in the upper right.
- Select the relevant tab and click to download.
