Logging in to the Sansan Web App; when you have difficulty logging in using SSO (single sign-on)

Steps

1. Go to the login screen at the following:
https://ap.sansan.com/v/auth/sso

 

2. Enter your email (①), check "No input needed next time" (②), and click "Continue" (③).

3. The next time, you can log in with one click. Click "Continue" to log in.

*If you don't check "No input needed next time”, you'll be taken to the email address entry screen.
*The IdP name will show the name the admin set in Sansan. The admin can review the setting name at Admin settings → Security settings → SAML Authentication → IdP setting.

Q: I got this message – "Login failed. The information does not match what's registered in Sansan or service may be restricted. SSO may also not be configured. Please contact your system admin with any questions." What should I do?

 

A: There are four likely possibilities. Each can be handled by your company's Sansan admin.

  1. The email address was incorrect.
    If you don’t know the email to use, contact your company’s admin.

  2. SSO (Single sign-on) is not configured or incomplete. Contact your company’s admin.

  3. The email address is not registered or the admin deleted/cancelled it. Contact your company’s admin.

  4. The admin disabled/suspended the email. Contact your company’s admin.

 

Q: I got this message – "Email address format is incorrect." What should I do?

 

A: There are two likely possibilities. Be sure to check these.

  1. The @ symbol is missing or entered in a non-English font.
    Double-check your email address.

  2. .com or .co.jp is missing or entered in a non-English font.
    Double-check your email address.

 

Q: I can't access the login screen. What should I do?
