Syncing user profiles with own cards

System admins can set up sync with own cards on the Profile Settings page.
With sync, the most recent own card information that matches the login email will be reflected in the user profile.



Admin permissions are required to use this function.



The following items will be reflected.

  • Contact details
    • Phone, Company Mobile
  • Latest information
    • Start Date, Name, Name (phonetic), Company, Company (phonetic), Department, Title, Postal Code, Address, Fax, URL

*If the email address is different from the one in the user profile, no update will occur.



  1. Go to Admin settings > Profile settings.

  2. On the Profile Settings page, check “Allow" for “Sync with own card" and click to save.
