The Sansan Mobile App uses a cache to temporarily store data such as business card images and contact details on users' phones. You can use cacheless mode if you don't want such data to be stored locally. Cacheless mode forces the app to download and display data from Sansan's server each time it's accessed.
Note
- This setting is valid only when access from the Mobile App is permitted. See here to learn about limiting access.
- The "identify incoming calls" function cannot be used when using cacheless mode. See here to learn about the call ID function.
Turning on Cacheless Mode (Administrator Privilege Required)
The option to enable cacheless mode is in the Web App (Admin Settings => Security Settings => Mobile)
N.B.
This will affect all users.
