Overview
This page shows the steps for installing the Sansan package found on AppExchange. This is essential for Sansan–Salesforce integration.
Steps
1. Install the package in Salesforce
■ For Product environment (Ver 1.57.2)

■ For Sandbox environment (Ver 1.57.2)
https://test.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t7F000005VRJI
*The following steps are common to both environments.
2. The "Install Sansan_CI" screen will be displayed. Check [Install for Aminis Only], then Click [Install].
3. The installation will start.
4. When you see the message "Installation Complete!", click [Done].
If the package upgrade is taking a long time, you may see the following. Check your email if this occurs.
If you didn't receive an email, check the version number on the Installed Package screen in Salesforce.
