It's not possible to cancel or delete cards that are being digitized, such as if they were accidentally scanned or the wrong card was imported. You can delete a card/contact after digitization is completed. Here's how you can make cards that are being digitized private to prevent other users from viewing them.
Making cards private so other users can’t view them
Business cards can be made private during digitization to prevent other users from viewing them.
What to do
1. On the contact page, click “Awaiting Digitization", then click the card name or “Awaiting Digitization”.
2. Click “Edit" on the details screen.
3. Click “Set card as private” in the “Visibility” tab and save.
It's not possible to set entire cards as private, but their items can be set as private. Check the box for those to set as private and save.
Please note that individual cards items cannot be set as private on the Mobile App; this needs to be done on a PC
- On the list of cards, tap those that are "Transcribing".
- Tap on your received cards.
- Tap to edit.
- Set as private under the visibility settings.
- Tap to save.

Notes
- When a card that has been set as private is name-matched (identified as a duplicate), the matched card will also be made private. If the matching is removed, each card will still be private.
- When deleting a card once it has been made private and digitization is complete, all matched cards will be deleted together if they have been matched. To delete specific cards, delete them after unmatching them.
- Cards not shown in the “Awaiting Digitization” column may be treated as unreadable. Please see the related help page for details.
