As you digitize and import cards into Sansan, certain items count toward your quota and incur charges if you go over your limit, while others don't. They are detailed below.
Count toward your digitization quota
- Contacts from cards scanned with the Sansan Scanner Set
- Contacts from cards scanned with the Sansan Mobile App
- Contacts received via Virtual Card exchange
- Contacts imported from Eight
- Contacts uploaded as card image files
- Contacts imported via Sansan Open API "Business Card Image Registration"
- Contacts imported through smart signature capture
Note
- The service-level guarantee for scanned cards doesn't cover cards imported via Eight integration and via smart signature capture.
- When a contact is imported via smart signature capture, Teikoku Databank information will not be added to the company master associated with that contact.
