Requiring passcode lock for the Mobile App (Security Settings)

This feature is a paid option. Please contact our sales team or Sansan Support Center if you would like to use it.

Sansan system administrators can enforce use of a 4-character passcode lock for users of the Mobile App.

 

Steps

1. Click "Admin settings" > "More" >"Security settings", then click the "Mobile" tab.
2. In the Mobile App settings, under "Passcode lock" check "Require passcode lock".
3. Click the [Save] button.

 

The following will now display on the app:

The passcode setup screen will display when the user logs in for the first time after the requirement is set. The user must thereafter enter the passcode each time they use the Mobile App.

 

  • Users using a version of the app that does not support passcode lock will be forcibly logged out. Users should upgrade to the latest version.
