Administrators can set permissions for users to use Virtual Cards, as well as the URL expiration date and access count.
Key points
- Only the system administrator can implement these settings.
- Permissions to use/not use Virtual Cards can only be given to all users, not to individual users.
- The Virtual Cards function is set to on by default.
Adjusting permission to use Virtual Cards

Auto set up Virtual Cards

Registered cards that match the user's login email address will be automatically set as their Virtual Card. If there is no matching card, it will be left unset.
Please note that users will still have to issue the URL themselves.
1. Click on 'Status'.
2. Click on 'Auto set up'.
3. After you've read the precautions, click 'OK'.
