Are other users in your company also not able to log in to the smartphone application?
-If other users are having the same problem, please speak to the administrator in your company.
(Based on the regulations of your company, it may be set so that you cannot log in to the Sansan smartphone application.)
-If other users in your company can log in, please check if there is a mistake in your email address or password.
*The email address and password will be the same one you use to log in to Sansan for PC.
*If you are unsure of your email address, please speak to the administrator in your company.
*If you are unsure of your password, please reissue a password from the log-in screen of Sansan for PC.
Settings for using, checking the status, and changing settings for the smartphone application can be done by users who have Sansan system administrator level permissions. For how to do these settings, see here.
