The number of cards imported and the number of cards searched for by import tag are not the same

One of the following may be causing this discrepancy:

  • Automatic recognition as same person
    The business cards that matched the conditions, being treated as a past career business card, is not being displayed as a search result.

  • Deletion of business card data / Card classified as private
    After importing, the data may have been deleted or it may have been classified as a private card (a card that can only be viewed by the person who scanned it).

  • Search conditions
    Change the conditions of the search to "All", and try doing the search again.
