How to apply templates and add fields in bulk email

1. Templates

How to create templates

Hover over 'Bulk Email', then 'Email Templates'. Then, click on 'Create new template'.
Fill in the template name, subject and body.

 

How to use templates

When you're composing an email, select the template you want to apply from the pulldown menu. Then, click 'Apply'.

 

2. Add fields

From the subject or body of the email, put the cursor where you want to insert information, and then select what you will input from the pull-down".


N.B.

Addressee's email address will be 'Email1' on their card.
Sender's signature can only be inserted when sending from your colleague's address or your own address.
