Frequently asked questions
Q. What should I do if IP address restrictions are set in Microsoft 365?
A. Contact us via AI chat here.
Q. What if I can't integrate because a message says administrator approval is required?
In integration step 3, click the items you want to integrate. If the page below is shown after that, the account signed in to Microsoft 365 is not a Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator.

The PC or browser may also have stored Microsoft 365 credentials. In this case, authentication uses an account that's not a Global Administrator or Privileged Role Administrator, and the page above is shown. Use an incognito window or another browser and repeat the process from integration step 3. After clicking to integrate, sign in with a Microsoft 365 administrator account.
