If “Invalid URL” is shown after accessing the URL on a Virtual Card

After accessing the URL on a Virtual Card, you may see an “Invalid URL” message. This might mean the card has expired or the maximum number of times the card can be received has been exceeded. Here’s what to do if this happens.

Why URLs are invalid

The URL may be invalid if:

  • It has expired.
  • The number of times the card was received is over the limit.
  • It hasn’t been accessed for 1 year.
