Approval flows need to be set up for users to create and order business cards.

Adding an approval flow
1. Click the 'Approval flow settings' tab on the Meishi Maker screen.
2. Click the 'Register approval flow' button.
3. Save when you're done.
1) Applications using this approval flow
Select which applications the approval flow will be used for.
2) Flow name
Name the approval flow.
3) Description
Add a description for the approval flow.
4) Authorization settings
Specify the first authorizer who will approve/reject the application. You can also add a second authorizer, though it's optional.
4. Make sure the flow is in the Approval Flow list.
Editing an approval flow
1. Click the 'Approval flow settings' tab on the Meishi Maker screen.
2. Click 'Edit'.
3. Save when you're done.
