Here we will show how to clear the cache and cookies for Google Chrome, and how to download Google Chrome, which are Sansan's operating environment.Please take responsibility for doing this on your side.
Note
- When Sansan cannot be displayed well in the browser, please clear the cache and the cookies.
- Google Chrome can be downloaded from Google's site.
How to clear the cache
- 1. From the browser tool bar, click on the three horizontal bars, which are for the Google Chrome settings.
- 2. Select "History".
- 3. Click "Clear browsing data.."
- 4. From the dialog that comes up, check on the information to be deleted, "Browsing history", "Download History", "Cached images and files".
- 5. Using the menu at the top, select the period for which to delete information. If you would like to delete all, select "All".
- Click Clear browsing data.

How to clear Cookies
- 1. From the browser tool bar, click on the three horizontal bars, which are for the Google Chrome settings.
- 2. Select "Settings".
- 3. From the "Privacy" section, select "Content settings".
- 4. In the "Cookies" section, change the following cookie settings.
Delete Cookies- -Click on "All cookies and site data", and the "Cookies and site data" dialog will come up.
- -To delete all cookies, click on "Remove all".
- -To delete individual cookies, move the cursor bar over the source site of the cookie to be deleted, and click on the "X" on the right.
