If items such as “Domain settings”, “Usage records”, and “Contact Inbox” do not appear in the admin settings menu, it may be because the browser screen is zoomed in, cutting them out of the view.
What to do
- Scroll through and check the admin settings menu.
- If you don't find what you're looking for, make sure your screen's magnification is 100% or lower.
If the item is grayed out
A grayed out feature means you don’t have permission to access it. If necessary, ask your system admin to grant you that permission.
*To use “Usage results” and “Opportunities”, you'll need dedicated permissions instead of system admin permissions.
*After the permissions are set, log out and log back in again before checking if you have access.
If the problem persists
Try using a different browser within the recommended environments to see if you can access the admin settings item.
Try clearing the cache to see if you can access the admin settings item.
