If the link to the password reset page is not shown in the email you received, or if clicking on the link doesn’t work, please do the following.
- If the link is not displayed
The HTML email we sent may not be displaying correctly. Change your settings so that mail sent from Sansan is in text format. Ask your company’s administrator to change the format through [Administrator settings] -> [Add/change user].
- If clicking on the link doesn’t work
Security software your company uses may be preventing access. This can result in a non-functioning link or error message. Please contact IT support in your company for guidance.
Copy the URL from the email into a browser search bar to see if you can access it.
Try to access with an incognito or private mode browser window.
